STATUS MORTGAGES IN SPAIN (show income)
We are able to advance up to 90% of the value of the property (LTV). See below for the rates we offer. Most banks today ask the client to submit a credit report. However not all banks do. How much can you in fact borrow based on income? Normally 1/3 (33%) of your net/ disposable income can go towards mortgage repayments in Spain, however one bank in fact allows 45%.

Below is a product perfect for you if you are buying a second property and you are waiting to sell your existing property. If you sell the property within three years there is no redemption fee. Of course you don't have to sell. Be clever, use this product and minimize your payments for a few years.
