We still offer a self cert mortgage in Spain. Although it is self cert we need to know that you can pay for the mortgage. This mortgage is only available for new purchase in Spain.

Maximum amount is 120,000€ or 50% whichever comes first. Rate is Euribor + 2%, set up fee by the bank is 2%. This is a straight forward repayment mortgage and a period of interest only is NOT available. A term of 20 years is possible or age 70 as maximum. This mortgage is ONLY available for properties registered on urban land and NOT rustica land.

The documents we need from you are -

Passports & NIE Certificate (or resident's card)

From the property we need an up to date Nota Simple. You can order it on line from HERE or from your local land registry/ town hall.

If you have an existing mortgage in Spain, we need the last 3 mortgage receipts NOT bank statements.
